Terms of use

By using the site and purchasing the service you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not purchase the paid service. If translations differ, the Italian version published on the site prevails unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

What the service is

The “Info Passaporto Italia” website offers a private guided form, checklists, and related informational materials for Italian passport procedures. It does not replace the Polizia di Stato, Questure, or other public authorities.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. You may not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes. We may refuse or suspend processing in case of abuse or security risk.

Price, payment, and invoicing

The price shown on the site (currently €42.70 unless stated otherwise) is payable through the online payment step shown in the purchase flow. Payment data are processed by the payment service provider under its terms.

Informational content and artificial intelligence (AI)

Some materials provided after payment (including guide text or checklists) may be generated, enriched, or structured using AI tools. They are for information and organisation only. You must always verify requirements, documents, forms, and procedures with official sources (e.g. Polizia di Stato, Questura). We do not guarantee completeness or continuous alignment with every local practice or circular.

Immediate digital supply, withdrawal, and refunds

The service is digital content (guide/checklist and related delivery by email or download) made available shortly after payment. Under EU consumer rules transposed into Italian law (including exemptions for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance begins with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost), you expressly agree that performance begins immediately after payment and that, once digital delivery has occurred (e.g. email sent or materials made available), no refund is due except where mandatory law requires a refund or where the digital content or service does not conform under applicable consumer rules.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, delays, or outcomes of procedures with public authorities. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered and for verification with competent authorities.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise, these terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes with consumers in the EU are subject to the jurisdictional rules of EU Regulation 1215/2012 and national consumer law where applicable.
