Data controller
The controller is the operator of the “Info Passaporto Italia” website, reachable via the Contact page and the support email shown there. To exercise GDPR rights, write to the same address.
Categories of data
Form data you submit (e.g. name, address, email, phone, document-related fields, Questura preference), payment data processed by our payment service provider (we do not store full card numbers on our site), limited technical identifiers (e.g. IP, security and diagnostic logs), and data needed to deliver the service.
Purposes and legal bases
Providing the requested service and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); accounting/tax obligations where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c)); site security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f), balanced with your interests); consent where required for non-essential communications (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Processing and retention
Data are processed electronically with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Form and case data are kept as long as needed to deliver the service, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations; exact periods may vary.
Recipients and processors
Data may be shared with processors strictly as needed (e.g. hosting, database, electronic payment services, email, any AI tooling used to draft informational text). An up-to-date list of processors is available on request.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on GDPR safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) unless an adequacy decision applies.
Your rights and complaints
You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (where applicable), and portability (where applicable), and may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
